L'album original Osmium a été réedité plusieurs fois sous des noms différents (Rhenium / First Thangs / The Early Years), il ne comportait en fait que dix titres (I Call My Baby Pussycat, Put Love In Your Life, Little Old Country Boy, Moonshine Heather (Takin' Care of Business), Oh Lord, Why Lord/Prayer, My Automobile, There Is Nothing Before Me But Thang, Funky Woman, Livin' The Life et The Silent Boatman). Sur la récente réedition, The Early Years, on trouve en plus 6 morceaux (Breakdown, Come In Out Of The Rain, Red Hot Mama, Unfinished Instrumental, Loose Booty et Fantasy Is Reality).
Sur Tamurinillis, une compilation de George Clinton & ParliaFunkadelic sortie en 1995 chez Music Merchant, il y avait des inédits en plus : 1. Red Hot Mama, 2. Loose Booty, 3. Eddie's Home: There's A Chariot Coming, 4. I Ain't Got Nobody, 5. Feel The Vibe, 6. Tast The Flavor, 7. As Good As I Think I Can Feel, 8. Put Love In Your Life, 9. Everybody Get Up, 10. The Early Years est une compilation, de chansons enregistrées entre 1970 et 1972 chez Invictus Records, de Parliament sorti chez Deepbeat Records en 1997. Ca ressemble plus à de la musique de Funkadelic que de Parliament...
